Hello and welcome to Rose Psychology Practice! I am Dr. Katie Rose, a licensed psychologist and DBT Linehan Board Certified clinician who provides Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to individuals of all ages. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy through Behavioral Tech and am an intensively trained DBT clinician. I focus on helping clients and their families cope with emotional distress and high-risk behaviors. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, and high-risk behaviors, with a specific concentration in suicide and non-suicidal self-injury. My goal is to help clients learn and practice skills to manage their emotions, cope with distress, and develop healthy relationships. I also enjoy helping parents and families support their loved ones through strategies such as limit setting, validation, and emotion regulation.
